Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after receipt of your order. All shipping orders placed on the weekends will be processed on our following business day (Monday).

Local pick-ups and deliveries: Due to the recent rise in COVID and flu cases, this service is unavailable until further notice. In the meantime, please enjoy our reduced shipping costs to mitigate any inconvenience.

Shipping: To better ensure that you receive your product both quickly and fresh, we ship using priority shipping only (typical transit time is 1-4 business days. All sea moss gels are shipped using insulated packaging, frozen and with ice packs to maximum your orders freshness upon delivery.

Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please note that we do not ship Thursday through Saturday to avoid packages being left at the Post Office / UPS on Sunday should anything occur on the carriers end.
