Wylde Olivia Inc. products are created with love and gratitude. Please be advised that all orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of your order and payment. To avoid shipments being held with the shipping carrier on Sundays, we will not ship any orders outside of California Thursday through Saturday. Instead, we will ship on our next open business day which is Monday.

At Wylde Olivia Inc., our goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your products, please reach out to us immediately and we will work on a resolution. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, should an issue arise, we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

Due to the nature of our products, we will not require you to return any of our items. We aim to please and want to ensure that each of our customers feels that from start to finish.
